3. Responses

• Respond only if you can actually do the work.
• Price proposals should be reasonable.
• No spam responses or irrelevant offers.
• Include useful details for the client.
• You may withdraw a response before a contractor is chosen.

4. Communication

• Be polite and respectful.
• No harassment, threats, or discrimination.
• No spam or ads in messages.
• Keep key agreements in the chat history.
• Use safe payment methods when possible.

5. Content and media

• Respect copyright and intellectual property.
• Photos should match the job description.
• No violent, sexual, or otherwise unacceptable content.
• Images should be clear and informative.

6. Moderation

• We may moderate content to protect users and comply with law.
• Serious or repeated violations may result in a ban.
• Our moderation decision is final in ordinary disputes.
• You may appeal via the contact form.

7. Liability

• We connect clients and contractors; we are not a party to your contract.
• We are not responsible for quality of work performed offline.
• Resolve disputes primarily between yourselves.
• For large jobs, consider written agreements.
